Progressive Utrecht Subversive Center for Information Interchange (PUSCII 1999-) is a radical technology collective and hacklab founded in the occupied social centre Ubica. It provided free Internet access, coffee, social space, and -- after some time -- email addresses and shell accounts. In 2005 moved out of Ubica and into Stationsplein, leaving it in 2007. A period of virtual existence followed, with focus on donations-based secure hosting, as well as a radio station (online and offline) and programming during some anarchist events. From 2013 events started again at the old Ubica location, podcasts, especially on the politics of hacking
